- Añade la maicena, la media pastilla de caldo, la pimienta y el azafrán. Mezcla 5 segundos, velocidad 5.
- Vierte la cerveza y añade las alcachofas. Programa 12 minutos, Varoma, giro a la iquierda, velocidad cuchara.
- Añade el bacon y programa 8 minutos, varoma, giro a la izquierda, velocidad cuchara. Vuelca e una fuente y sirve.
- Nota :
Una vez que hayas limpiando las alcachofas, colócalas en mitades y unas ramitas de perejil o un trozo de limón para que no se pongan negras. - Si quieres quitarle calorías puedes prescindir del bacon. Pero recuerda que en el paso 4, tendrás que programar 20 minutos que es el total de cocción que están las alcachofas en el vaso.
