- 100 g vino blanco

- Añadir el caldo de verduras caliente para no cortar la cocción, la sal y la pimienta al gusto y dejar cocer durante unos 15 minutos.
- Retirar del fuego y añadir el parmesano o levadura nutricional en el caso de que quieras un plato 100% vegetal.
- Servir y añadir el tomate deshidratado cortado en trozos pequeño
