- Colocamos la mariposa en las cuchillas. Ponemos en el vaso la nata, el azúcar y la vainilla. Programamos, vel. 3'5 sin tiempo hasta que la nata este montada. Ponemos la nata en una manga pastelera y reservamos en la nevera.
- Sin lavar el vaso, quitamos la mariposa y añadimos la leche, la levadura, el azúcar y 50 g. de mantequilla. Programamos, 1 min. / 37°C / vel. 2.
- Incorporamos el huevo. Programamos, 10 seg. / Vel. 3.
- Añadimos la harina y la sal. Mezclamos, 15 seg. / Vel. 4. Amasamos, 3 min / 🌾. Dejamos la masa reposar en el vaso hasta que suba, aproximadamente 40 minutos.
- Precalentamos el horno a 80°C.
- Repartimos la mantequilla restante (120 g.), en dos bandejas e introducimos en el horno 5 minutos para que se funda. Mientras volcamos la masa en la mesa de trabajo y amasamos para sacarle el aire.
- Dividimos la masa en 12 partes de 75 g. cada una. Les damos forma de bola y ponemos 6 en cada bandeja untando estas con la mantequilla derretida. Dejamos que suban de volumen.
- Precalentamos el horno, 200°C.
- Introducimos en el horno, primero una de las bandejas, y horneamos 12/15 minutos.
- Una vez fríos, los abrimos por la mitad sin llegar a cortar del todo y rellenamos de nata con la manga. (También se pueden rellenar con crema pastelera).
