- Picar en trozos pequeños el pimiento, la cebolla y los ajos. Sofreír 5 min hasta que la cebolla quede transparente. Para este paso yo he usado el Thermomix, porque es más cómodo, pero se puede hacer en la olla del arroz perfectamente
- Añadir el tomate frito, y rehogar 5 minutos más. Luego se añade el caldo, el colorante, las costillas y se cocina a fuego medio hasta que las costillas estén tiernas (30 min aprox)
- Llevar a ebullición, añadir el arroz y corregir de sal y echar un poco de perejil picado. Cuando falten 5 min para que el arroz esté listo, añadir los guisantes por encima.
- Cuando esté el arroz, apagar el fuego, tapar y dejar reposar 10 min antes de servir.
- Con un chorrito de limón por encima está de vicio 👌😜
