Si queremos un poco más de cremosidad añadimos los quesitos y programamos otros 5 minutos, 90°, vel.3
- Se puede hacer igualmente con una olla y una batidora. Para mi la ventaja de hacer en olla es que puedes poner la cantidad de agua que quieras al cocer y luego al pasar por la batidora ir rectificando la densidad para hacerla más ligera añadiendo caldo, y el caldo que sobra es perfecto para hacer un arroz o un guiso. La ventaja que tiene la Thermomix es que manchas mucho menos. ¡Buen provecho!!!
