  2. Añadimos 1 huevo, el azúcar (75 gr.), la mermelada (25 gr.), la mantequilla (20 gr.) y la pizca de sal. Mezclamos durante 30 segundos a velocidad 5.
  3. Sin Thermomix: Lo primero es picar las nueces (200 gr.) y las almendras (60 gr.). Para ello las ponemos en el vaso picador.

    En un bol ponemos las nueces y almendras picadas y añadimos 1 huevo, el azúcar (75 gr.), la mermelada (25 gr.), la mantequilla (20 gr.) y la pizca de sal. Mezclamos bien con una cuchara de madera o con las manos hasta integrar todo bien.
  4. Ponemos la masa en un bol y lo llevamos al frigorífico para que nos sea más fácil formar las galletas.
  5. Pasado ese tiempo con las manos vamos haciendo pequeñas bolas de masa que rebozaremos por el azúcar glas (puede que se pegue un poco la masa en las manos).
  6. Las vamos colocando en una papel vegetal sobre una bandeja de horno.
  7. A cada bola de masa la colocamos media nuez y aplastamos un poco cada bola.
  8. Llevamos al horno que estará precalentado a 180ºC durante 18 - 20 minutos.
  9. Dejamos que enfríen por completo antes de comerlas. Es una galleta increíble con un sabor fantástico.
