- 400 gr. pimientos verdes

- Añadimos al vaso la salsa de soja, el caldo de pollo, el sake y la salsa de ostras. Colocamos el recipiente Varoma en su posición y programamos 10 min / 120º, giro a la izquierda, vel. cuchara. Retiramos el Varoma y reservamos.
- En una sartén grande o un wok echamos el aceite de sésamo y ponemos al fuego. Cuando esté caliente salteamos la rama de apio y pasados unos 5 min. retiramos la rama de apio y la desechamos.
- Volcamos el contenido del vaso en la sartén grande o el wok donde hemos salteado la rama de apio y cocinamos a fuego muy fuerte hasta que se evaporen los líquidos.
- Añadimos los pimientos y cebolla reservados y sofreímos hasta que el pimiento quede blando damos vueltas mezclando bien. Retiramos del fuego y servimos.
