Con dos cdas de aceite en una cacerola cuando este caliente agregamos dos cdas de harina dejamos que se fría bien por último añadimos medio vaso de leche, sal, nuez moscada y queso rallado si tenemos. Dejamos espesar moviendo constantemente.
