- Terminado el relleno, ya puedes empezar a rellenar los canelones. Yo usé unos precocidos, y mientras realizaba la mezcla, los sumergí en agua templada durante 20 min.
- En el recipiente para el horno que vayas a usar pones base de tomate frito, canelones y por encima la bechamel que los cubra bien. Y ya le espolvoreas queso rallado para gratinar
