  5. Añadimos los huevos uno a uno y solo cuando esté bien integrado a la masa el primero... cuando tenemos todos los huevos incorporados, echamos la mitad de la mezcla de leche que habíamos reservado
  6. Amaso durante 3’ y dejo reposar 10 minutos. Repito esta operación 3 veces. Masa lista
  7. Ahora ponemos la masa en un bol engrasado con aceite durante 30’ y lo dejamos fermentar en la nevera hasta el día siguiente.
  8. Pasadas las horas desgasificamos la masa y preparamos la mezcla para el relleno de nuestros rollitos (mantequilla, azúcar y canela)
  9. Trabajamos nuestra masa y la dividimos en 2 en forma de rectángulo
  10. El trabajo será el mismo para las dos partes. Pon el relleno en la masa y deja 1 cm de cada libre para que no salga el relleno
  11. Enrollamos la masa como si fuera un brazo gitano y cortamos cada 2 cm. Lo dejamos reposar unas dos horas o hasta que doblen el tamaño en la bandeja del horno tapados con un trapo (más o menos salen unos 16 rollitos)
  12. Precalienta el horno 200° pincela los rollitos con el huevo y añade el azúcar perlado 15’ a 20’
