Incorpora al vaso el fumet de gambas, el caldo de verduras muy caliente -es mejor si lo añades en 3 veces cada 2 minutos para que el arroz lo vaya absorbiendo, así el almidón del arroz se va soltando, pero si no tienes tiempo de estar delante de la Thermomix®, ponlo todo junto- y la sal, y programa 13 minutos, 100º, giro a la izquierda y velocidad cuchara.
  7. En los últimos minutos, antes de que finalice el tiempo anterior, añade la mantequilla para que se incorpore al arroz.
  8. Vuelca el risotto en una fuente, si te queda caldoso verás que enseguida el arroz absorberá el resto del caldo, sal y espolvorea el parmesano por encima. Listo para servir.
