Sin dejar de mover para que no se pegue. - Para conservarlo, una vez esté hecho lo echas en un bote de cristal, luego lo cierras bien y lo pones bocabajo. Lo dejas así hasta que esté frío. Una vez que se enfríe lo guardas en la nevera.
- Y ya está lista la confitura, solo queda que la disfrutes.
