- Seguimos pochando la verdura tal como he explicado mientras cortamos las patatas y las judías.
- Una vez tostada la mezcla de verduras, añadimos el resto: patatas, judías y espinacas. Removemos todo durante 5-10 minutos más antes de añadir el caldo
- Añadimos el caldo de pollo. En mi caso, uno casero que hago en la olla de cocción lenta con el que se consigue un sabor más intenso (la receta está publicada).Siempre tengo congelado para infinidad de platos
- Dejamos cocer durante 20 minutos a fuego lento
- Pasados los 20 minutos, añadimos los quesitos (se puede sustituir por nata o leche evaporada) para conseguir el punto cremoso. Dejamos cocer 5 minutos todo junto
- Llegados a este punto solo queda rectificar de sal y triturarlo con la batidora, en mi caso con la Thermomix que consigue una textura ideal.
