  3. Este es un plato que se puede congelar, así que, una vez hechas, y antes de freír, las podemos poner en un tupper y separar con hojas de papel de cocina.

    Eso sí, acordaos de ponerle el nombre al tupper, que después lo confundimos con la carne asada y le damos a la suegra el falafel.
  4. Para hacer la salsa de yogur

    1 yogur griego (no me valen desnatados ni nada por el estilo, que si hacemos falafel no me vengáis con mariconadas de dietas)

    2 cucharadas de zumo de limón

    1 diente de ajo

    2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva

    Se pica muy bien el ajo para que no queden grumos en la salsa y se le añade todo lo demás.

    Ya está, sí, así de sencillo.
