- Quitar el cubilete para que evapore y colocar el cestillo para que no salpique. reservar en un bol.
- Sin lavar el vaso, mantequilla, 1 min. varoma, vel.1. 2- harina, 2 min. 100º, vel. 3. 3- leche, sal, pimienta y nuez moscada, 3, 30 min. 100º, vel.4.
