  3. En una olla echo el pollo, caldo de ave y el sofrito. Añado las especias y los frutos secos triturados y lo tengo 30 minutos a fuego medio
  4. E voilà, un pollo al curry a mi manera que está de rechupete. Lo he acompañado para mis hijos con patata cocida chafado y mezclada con la salsa y el pollo y para nosotros con arroz integral. Todo un acierto. Anímate
