Es la hora de hacer tu mezcla, pon los huevos, champiñones y puerro, jamón serrano o bacon, la nata y el queso, mezcla, salpimenta y vierte sobre la base de patata y al horno hasta que este hecha, puedes comprobarlo pinchando la Quiche.. ya tienes lista una rica cena en familia, acompaña de ensalada y... ummmmmm??
