  4. Añadimos la almendra y programamos velocidad 8 sin tiempo, hasta que en el fondo del vaso se vea todo el aceite que ha desprendido la almendra. Esto lo haremos tantas veces como haga falta, hasta que el aceite se halla desprendido y la textura del turrón sea como "serrín".
  5. Forramos nuestra cajita de madera (si la tenemos,si no la pondremos en un envase con forma rectangular) con papel vegetal y volcaremos la mezcla con una cuchara, intentando prensar lo más posible la mezcla. Taparemos con papel vegetal y dejaremos reposar hasta el día siguiente.
