  6. Su textura es semi dura, a última hora te lavas las manos y si hace falta añades unas gotas de agua, apretarás con el puño.
  7. Hasta que se convierta masa unificada.
  8. Desmolda los moldes en 12 unidades que viene y los vas dejando en la bandeja del horno.
  9. Vamos a rellenar cada molde. Haces como una bola (si aprietas mucho se desmonta, luego la haces y no aprietas como haces en otros casos de albóndigas jajajajaj).
  10. Aprietas un poco y dejas como una cumbre en el centro.
  11. Introducirlo en cada molde.
  12. Así los vas dejando en la bandeja, hasta ocuparla toda. Puedes poner muchos, no aumentan de volumen cuando los saques del horno.
  13. Prepararas dos bandejas, dada la cantidad en peso de ingredientes. Una la del horno y otra grande de aluminio o lo que tengas, No hace falta untar ninguna bandeja.
  14. Introducir en el horno, previamente precalentado a 180 ºC. (aire o calor arriba y abajo) Al introducir las dos bandejas (dos estantes de abajo) lo bajas a 150ºC.
  15. Aprox. a los 25-30 min. veras que empiezan a ponerse doraditos, los sacas enseguida. Te recuerdo, sacar al empezar a dorarse, si se doran demasiado con textura seca, no están tan buenos. Dejar enfriar y luego sacar los moldes.
