Mientras preparar otro papel vegetal sobre la encimera y espolvorearlo con cacao y azúcar vainillado. Sacar el bizcocho del horno y volcarlo sobre el papel vegetal preparado. Envolverlo con la ayuda del papel como un brazo de gitano y dejarlo enfriar.
  5. Para la crema: Con el vaso de thermomix ya limpio, colocamos la mariposa. Agregar el azúcar glas, el queso mascarpone, el queso Burgos y el azúcar vainillado. Programar 20-25 segundos, a velocidad 3.
  6. Desenrollar el bizcocho y extender bien con una espátula el relleno. Espolvorear cacao por encima de la crema y enrollarlo con mucho cuidado.
  7. Como decoración podemos espolvorearlo con fideos de chocolate, con un poco de chocolate blanco fundido o, en este caso, otro poco de cacao en polvo y trocitos de chocolate negro. Listo para disfrutar!
