  3. Añadimos las nueces, 1 cda de eritritol y la cda de canela. Mezclamos bien y cocinamos un par de minutos más. Después quitamos del fuego y dejamos atemperar
  4. Precalentamos el horno a 180º
  5. Estiramos la masa en la bandeja de horno. Espolvoreamos con la galleta. Añadimos la mezcla de manzana en el centro a lo largo
  6. Haz el hojaldre en tiras diagonales de unos 2 cm a los lados de la mezcla, como si hicieras una espiga. Luego entrecrúzalos para cerrarlo a modo de trenza. También puedes enrollarlo y listo
  7. Pinta con un huevo y espolvorea 1 cda de eritritol
  8. Hornea 15 o 20', hasta que lo veas doradito
  9. Sácalo del horno, espolvorea el eritritol glass
  10. Y a comerlo templadito, está delicioso.
