    Y mientras, con ayuda de unas varillas eléctricas, batimos los huevos con el azúcar, añadimos el aceite y vamos incorporando la nata con movimientos envolventes.
  2. Mezclamos la harina con la levadura, y la vamos incorporando mientras la tamizamos. Y mezclamos hasta integrar.
  3. Vertemos la mezcla en el molde, con ayuda de una cuchara, y espolvoreamos por encima una buena capa de azúcar (se le puede añadir canela) —para que se forme una costra—.
    Horneamos, a media altura, con calor arriba y abajo, durante 45 minutos (o hasta que al pinchar, salga seco).
