  3. 150 gr Espinacas

  3. Cuando los ajos estén dorados los sacamos del aceite con las almendras y reservamos. Incorporamos al mismo aceite el resto de ingredientes que teníamos cortados previamente a fuego medio.
  4. Cogemos los tomates y los cortamos en trozos, los volcamos en un recipiente con los ajos y las almendras reservadas y los batimos (puedes usar una turmix o la Thermomix). Cuando veamos que las verduras están pochadas, incorporamos el Tomate y dejamos que se haga durante unos 10 o 15 minutos a fuego medio
  5. Añadimos ahora las espinacas y removemos hasta que se hagan. Seguidamente incorporamos el resto de los ingredientes: el agua, los garbanzos y el bacalao. Incrementamos un pelín el fuego, y dejamos cociendo más o menos unos 20 minutos.
  6. Retiramos del fuego la olla, salamos al gusto y a disfrutar
