  1. Si no queréis comprar la harina de garbazo, yo la hice en Thermomix con garbanzos normales sin cocinar. Primero los puse velocidad 5 y después fui subiendo hasta 10. Estará lista cuando el sonido cambie y ya no se notan trocitos
  2. Podéis meter los boniatos con piel al microondas a máxima potencia 8-10 min, hasta que estén blandos. Yo los hice en el varoma de Thermomix ya que me gusta mucho como queda al.vapor
  3. Cuando estén pelados y en trocitos aplastarlos como si fueran un puré. Poner el orégano y el pimeton y mezclar bien
  4. Preparar los ingredientes del rebozado en 3 bowls diferentes y los trocitos de queso. No machaqueis en exceso los corn flakes. La idea es que quede crujiente
  5. Precalentar el horno a 200°
  6. Ir haciendo bolitas dejando un hueco para meter el queso y luego raparlo. Ir dejándolas separadas en un plato
  7. Cuando estén las bolitas rebozarlas en la harina de garbazo, después en el huevo y por último en los corn flakes. Ir colocandolas separadas en una bandeja de horno con papel de hornear
  8. Hornear mínimo 15 min hasta que estén ligeramente doradas por fuera (Yo las deje 20')
