  20. 1/2 cucharada sal
  21. 70 gr aceite de oliva virgen extra y un poquito más para luego adornar

  5. Pasado este tiempo, lo pasamos a un bol para emplatar, en mi caso he usado un molde redondo
  6. Mientras, en una sartén hemos ido sofriendo el higadito de pollo con ajos, vino blanco y laurel.
  7. Ingregientes para la musabbaha libanés
  8. Ponemos todos los ingredientes en el vaso. 30seg velocidad progresiva 5-10.
  9. Repetiremos la acción tras bajar los restos. 30 seg. Velocidad progresiva 5-10
  10. Sacamos y servimos en un bol, con una cucharada de aceite cirgen de oliva extra, junto a unos palitos de pan, que pueden ser bajos en sal.
