  4. Semillas de Sesamo o Pan Rallado para rebozar

  6. Puñado Cilantro
  7. Puñado Perejil
  8. 2 Cayenas
  9. Aceite
  10. 1 Cebolla
  11. 500 Gr Habas
  12. Pizca Hierbabuena

Instructions to make to make Falafel de Habas

  1. Para esta receta vamos a usar la Thermomix o cualquier otro robot de cocina que dispongamos.
    Añadimos a la Thermomix las habas peladas y que previamente habíamos tenido en remojo la noche anterior, incorporamos la cebolla cortada junto con los ajos, sal-pimienta y 1 cdta de comino, y trituramos unos segundos hasta obtener una pasta de habas.
  2. Picamos las hierbas frescas como Cilantro, Perejil y la Hierbabuena y se las añadimos a la thermomix junto con 1/2 sobre de levadura o bicarbonato y volvemos a triturar.
    Vertemos el resultante en un plato y llevamos al frigorifico durante una hora, aprovechando ese tiempo para elaborar la salsa.
    Pasada esa hora en el frigorífico , rompemos las dos cayenas, espolvoreando las semillas sobre nuestra pasta de habas.
  3. Damos forma de bolas a nuestra masa y pasamos a rebozarla bien por semillas de sésamo o bien por pan rallado, depositandolas en una bandeja de horno.
    Pintamos los falafel de habas con un poco de aceite y las introducimos en el horno a 200º durante 20 minutos.
    Finalizado el horneado procedemos al emplatado como se indica en el vídeo.
  4. Ingredientes de la Salsa

    2 Yogurt Griego
    1/2 cdta de Tomillo
    1/2 cdta de Eneldo
    Pepino Rallado
    Pizca de Sal-Pimienta
    1-2 dientes de Ajo
    1 Limon
    Pizca de Hierbabuena

    Añadir todos los ingredientes y mezclar hasta conseguir una textura de salsa y que todos los ingredientes queden integrados, dejandola en el refrigerador hasta el momento de su uso.
