  5. Agregamos por ultimo el pimiento rojo en conserva picado con cuchillo en dados pequeños y volvemos a programar 10 minutos 100ºC. Velocidad cuchara y giro a la izquierda.
  6. Preparación tradicional:
    Pelamos la cebolla y picamos en trocitos muy menuditos.
  7. En una sartén honda agregamos el aceite de oliva y sofreímos la cebolla a fuego medio.
  8. Cuando la cebolla este medio sofrita agregamos la carne magra y sofreímos ambos productos durante 5 min aproximadamente removiendo continuamente.
  9. Añadimos el tomate triturado y le damos el punto de sal. Cocinaremos durante 20 minutos a fuego medio. Removiendo de vez en cuando para que no se pegue en el fondo de la sartén
  10. Por ultimo agregamos un pimiento rojo en conserva bien picado y removemos bien todos los ingredientes para que se integren en el guiso. Y esperamos otros 10 minutos aproximadamente para que se termine de guisar este último componente.
