  8. Segudamente añadir el resto del azucar con movimiento suave", esto es merengue puedes hacerlo en termomix. Retira la tarta del horno y sube la temperatura a alto.
  9. Extiende la mermelada sobre el bizcocho (tarta) .recubre con el merengue y ponlo en el horno0 minutos hasta que el merengue quede hinchado y dorado. Servir en la misma fuente una vez que este frio.
