  1. En un bol poner la harina, sal, y aceite y remover. En Thermomix poner esos ingredientes en el vaso. Programar vaso cerrado y espiga 2 minutos.
  2. Añadir el agua en hilo, poco a poco. En Thermomix igual, sin dejar de amasar, por el bocal.
  3. Amasar muy bien con las manos, o en Thermomix, programando 3 minutos.
    - Dejar reposar la masa en un bol 10 minutos tapada.
  4. Cortar porciones de unos 50g. aproximadamente, hace bolas y dejar reposar 30 minutos más, tapadas.
  5. Estirar ahora cada bola con un rodillo, que queden muy, muy finas
  6. Encendemos el horno a 230º
  7. Pintamos cada coca con aceite, espolvoreamos con azúcar abundante y metemos en el horno precalentado unos 15/20 minutos, hasta dorar.
  8. Nada más sacar las cocas, las rociamos con el anís, y volvemos a espolvorear azúcar.
  9. Escondedlas, que vuelan.
