    Colocamos la mariposa en las cuchillas, ya que en esta receta es imprescindible. Vertemos en el vaso la leche, las yemas de huevo, el pellizco de sal y el azúcar.

Seguidamente si vamos a utilizar las vainas de vainilla haremos un corte a la vaina de longitudinalmente y rasparemos el interior con la punta de un cuchillo, añadimos al vaso junto con la vaina. Si no tenemos vainas de vainilla, utilizaremos esencia, incorporaremos la cucharada. Programamos 6 min. A 80º giro a la izquierda vel. 4.

  7. Batimos los huevos en otra fuente y reservamos.
  8. Vamos remojando la rebanada de pan en la leche de una en una.
  9. Seguidamente con un pincel de silicona untamos el huevo en la parte inferior de la rebanada que será la base de la torrija. Colocamos la torrija en la bandeja.
  10. Agregamos una cucharada de crema.
  11. Repetiremos la operación remojando otra rebanada de pan en la leche y la colocamos encima de la otra rebanada sobre la crema.
  12. Untamos toda la superficie de huevo con el pincel.
  13. Metemos al horno durante 15 min. aproximadamente.
  14. OPCIONAL: Y si eres más goloso/a de lo habitual, puedes poner azúcar por encima para que mientras esta en el horno gratine y quede caramelo por encima de nuestras torrijas.
    En este caso, yo decoré mis torrijas con chocolate fondant.
